Job Title: CRM Marketing Intern

Department: Channel & Device Marketing

Division: Consumer & Device Sales

 

Location: Shanghai

Working days: minimum 20 hours per week, flexible working days

 

Organisation

The role sits under the CRM marketing function with the Channel Marketing team under CDS division (Consumer & Device Sales). The CRM marketing function manages Microsoft first-party databases. It plans and executes marketing programs to acquire data, engage consumers and ultimately convert into sales.

 

Key Responsibilities: Work within CRM (Consumer Relationship Management) Marketing team to develop and execute CRM campaigns

-          Execute eDM campaign: consumer segmentation; campaign deployment and analytics

-          CRM campaign development: work with sales channels & creative agency to develop campaigns

-          Localise global Windows & Surface monthly newsletters & onboarding eDMs

-          Track marketing spending of team

 

Qualifications

-          Education: undergraduate from leading universities

-          Willing-to-learn-&-do attitude; self-motivated

-          Strong communication skills

-          Good / functional written & spoken English; good written & spoken Chinese

-          Academic background or working experience in marketing or business-related subject is preferred (not necessary)
